The Alabama Association of Ambulatory Surgery Centers [AAASC] was established in 1989 to support its member facilities in their respective missions of providing high quality surgical care, in a very personalized and efficient manner.  Through networking, education and advocacy, The AAASC helps its membership improve healthcare in Alabama. 

The AAASC offers membership to ambulatory surgery centers [ASC's] licensed by The Alabama Department of Public Health.  More the half of all licensed ASC's in Alabama are members of The AAASC.
